Chop Chop - Self-Titled CD

Chop Chop is Catherine Cavenaugh with a rotating cast of characters and this records is hella awesome. It's so awesome that we are putting it out, and unlike most of the releases we put out, it's actually someone else's band, and not secretly one of us. Okay, Rick appears on one song, Aubrey mixed it and Seth has been known to pop up at live shows, but Chop Chop is Catherine's gig, and it's an amazing one. A truly unique sound, a unique outlook on songwriting and pop, and a compellingly personal outlook that keeps all of us perpetually obsessed with this record. Christy Chen, Carla Cerizzo and Dave Picariello also make appearances on several songs on Keys, Bass and Conga respectively. Holla.
